The below information offers answers to typical questions for the Fraternal Order of the Orioles.

  • How To Become A Member?

    • To become a member you will need to be sponsored by an existing member in good standing. 
    • Your application will be brought before the board at a monthly meeting. If approved, you will undergo a background check.
    • Upon passing of the background check, you will be approved for membership in the club.
    • As a note, we can not accept any application whose background shows an outstanding felony
    • The cost for a membership is $25 initial and $15 for yearly renewal for (male members). 
    • There is also a one time fee of $10 for the key fob. This is for club entrance.
  • How do I get a Membership Application?

    Stop at the Orioles Nest and ask our staff member.

  • How old do you need to be to join?

  • How do I get the membership card?

  • Can members bring a guest?

    Answer coming soon.

  • Do members need to bring their membership card?

    Yes, the bartender will ask you to show it when you are served.

  • Are there certain events open to the public?

    Yes, if a band is playing there will be a $5 cover cost for non-members.

  • What type of drinks are available?

    A large selection of beers are on tap. As well as some mixed drink options.

  • Does the Club accept credit cards?

    Yes, if you do not pay cash you may run a tab.

  • Is smoking permitted?

    For now, yes. The board is working on developing a plan for non-smoking. They will be adding an area for smokers. Till then, we allow smoking in the club.

  • How do I volunteer to help with events or fundraisers?

    You must be a current member and as a member you may attend board meetings to offer assistance.
